After successfully registering and logging in, you will need to complete identity verification (KYC). Once approved, you can proceed to create a live trading account or a demo trading account.
Step 1: Start Identity Verification
After logging in, a verification prompt will appear. Click [Start Verifying] to begin the identity verification process.
Step 2: Select Your Country/Region
On the verification page, select the country or region requested by the form. After confirming your selection, click [Next] to continue.
Note: Accepted verification documents may vary by country or region. Please refer to the document types displayed in the User Centre for the selected country/region and submit an accepted document accordingly.
Step 3: Upload Identification Documents
Please upload clear images of the front and back of your valid identification document as instructed.
Supported formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG. Maximum file size: 5MB.
Step 4: Complete and check your personal information
Enter and check your personal details against your identification document, including your last name and given name in Latin characters, full name as shown on your ID, gender, date of birth, document number and expiry date. If any details have been filled in automatically, check them carefully and complete or correct them as needed. If your document has no expiry date, select [No Expiration].
Under [Country], select your country or region of long-term residence, then select the relevant administrative areas from each subsequent list. The available levels vary by country or region, so complete all selections required by the form.
Once all required information is complete and accurate, click [Next Step] to continue.
Step 5: Sign Compliance Documents
Once your information is confirmed, please review the terms and conditions of the required compliance documents. After reading, scroll to the bottom, click [Sign Documents], then click [Confirm Submission] to complete the submission.
Step 6: Complete Security Verification
After submitting your identity verification, go to [My Account] - [Security Settings] - [Phone Number] to complete the security verification.
Note: Newly registered accounts use email verification by default.
Step 7: Wait for Verification Results
After completing the above steps, please wait for the verification to be reviewed. Once approved, you can return to the homepage to create a live or demo trading account.
