If your identity authentification fails, please follow the steps below to resubmit the verification information:
1. Log in to EBC User Center
After logging into your User Center, you can check the Identity Verification status on the Home Page, which will show as "Not Passed". Then click on"View Now".
2. Go to the Identity Verification Page
After selecting "View Now", the browser will redirect to the "Identity Verification" page under "My Account". You can view the reason for the verification rejection here. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Resubmit."
3. Resubmit Verification Information
You need to complete all three steps again for the Identity Verification:
• Upload valid personal documents
• Fill in the correct personal information that matches your identification document
• Complete the compliance document
Based on the reason for verification rejection, resubmit the required documents. Please ensure that the information you provide is accurate and meets the requirements. After resubmitting, your identity verification will be in the review process.
4. Waiting for Review
After resubmitting the documents, please patiently wait for the review result.
Once the review is approved, you will receive a confirmation notice shortly.
