When publishing a signal in the Copy Trading, the system will automatically set it as a Free Plan by default. Currently, signals cannot be created directly as a Paid Plan. If you would like to convert your signal into a Paid Subscription Plan, please go to:
Copy Trading→ My Provider → Settings → Subscription Offer, click “Add”, and follow the steps below to complete the conversion.
Converting a Free Plan to a Paid Subscription Plan
When converting a Free Plan into a Paid Plan, there are two methods depending on whether you want to keep the existing free followers.
Explanation:
Existing followers are subscribed to the Free Plan. Once the signal is converted to a Paid Plan, the default Free Plan will automatically be hidden and will no longer be available to new subscribers.
Scenario 1: Keep Existing Free Followers
This option allows existing followers to continue following for free, while new followers must subscribe to a paid plan.
Steps:
- Add a paid subscription plan directly.
- After the plan is added, the default Free Plan will automatically become hidden, and the signal will be converted into a Paid Subscription Plan.
- Existing followers under the Free Plan will not be affected and can continue following under the original free plan.
- New followers will only be able to subscribe to the Paid Subscription Plan.
Scenario 2: Require All Users to Pay
This option requires all users (including existing subscribers) to subscribe to the paid plan again.
All existing followers will be disconnected, and they must re-subscribe to the paid plan. New subscriber can subscribe directly to the paid plan.
Steps:
- Set the signal to Private.
Path:
My Provider → (…) → Settings → Visibility → Select “Private” → Save.
Note: This action will automatically terminate all existing followers relationships. - Add a Paid Subscription Plan.
- After the plan is added, the default Free Plan will automatically be hidden.
- Set the signal back to Public, and users will be able to subscribe again. Existing followers will need to re-subscribe to the paid plan, while new followers can subscribe directly.
How to Set Up a Paid Subscription Plan
User Portal → Copy Trading → My Provider → Settings
Click Add
When creating a subscription plan, set the following details:
- Offer Name
- Performance Fee Interval
- Performance Fee Ratio
- Management Fee Interval
- Management Fee Amount
Then click Save.
Go to My Provider → Click the Nickname → Subscription Offer → View the details of the paid subscription plan instantly.
