Q:Can I create a paid signal directly when creating a signal?
A:No. By default, a newly created signal is a free signal. If you would like to make it a paid signal, you must first create a free signal and then add a paid subscription plan to convert it into a paid signal.
Q:Can free signals and paid signals coexist?
A:No. A signal can only be either a free signal or a paid signal. When a paid subscription plan is set to visible, the default free plan will automatically be forced to invisible, and the signal will be converted into a paid signal.
Q:After converting a signal to a paid signal, will existing followers of the free plan definitely be disconnected?
A:Not necessarily. There are two options:
If you wish to retain existing followers of the free plan, simply add a paid subscription plan. The existing followers will not be affected.
If you want all users to subscribe paid offer, you must first set the free signal to private to disconnect all followers. Then add the paid subscription plan and make the signal public again.
Q:How are fees deducted if both performance fees and management fees are set?
A:Performance fees and management fees are calculated and deducted independently and do not affect each other.
Q:What happens to unsettled fees when a user stops following a signal?
A:When the follow relationship is terminated, an immediate settlement mechanism will be triggered and all accrued fees will be deducted instantly.
Q:Can the free plan be deleted?
A:The default free plan cannot be archived or deleted. When the signal is converted into a paid signal, the free plan will automatically be forced to invisible.
Q:What should I do if I find an error in the configuration after creating a plan?
A:Once a plan is created, it cannot be edited or modified. You will need to create a new plan and set the original plan to invisible and archive it. Please ensure that the number of subscribers (Follower headcount) for the original plan is 0 before archiving.
Q:If a signal is set to private, can existing followers continue following?
A:No. Once the signal is set to private, all follow relationships will be immediately terminated. When the signal is made public again, previous followers will need to subscribe again.
Q:Will the free plan be automatically hidden after adding a paid plan?
A:Yes. When a paid plan is set to visible, the default free plan will automatically be forced to invisible and will no longer be displayed to new followers.
Q:After converting a signal to a paid signal, can it be converted back to a free signal?
A:Yes. Once all paid plans are set to invisible or archived, the default free plan will automatically become visible again and the signal will revert to a free signal. Existing subscription relationships under paid plans will not be affected.
