If you wish to retain existing followers of the free plan, simply add a paid subscription plan. Existing followers will not be affected.
If you want all users to subscribe through a paid plan, you must first set the free signal to Private to disconnect all existing followers, then add the paid subscription plan and set the signal back to Public.
Q: How are fees charged when both performance fees and management fees are enabled?
A: Performance fees and management fees are calculated and charged independently. They do not affect each other.
Q: What happens to any unsettled fees when a follower stops following a signal?
A: An immediate settlement will be triggered when the follower stops following the signal, and all accrued fees will be deducted immediately.
Q: Can the default free plan be deleted?
A: No. The default free plan cannot be archived or deleted. When the signal is converted into a paid signal, the default free plan will automatically become hidden.
Q: What should I do if I find an error in the subscription plan configuration after creating it?
A: Subscription plans cannot be edited after they are created. You must create a new subscription plan, then set the original plan to hidden and archive it. The original plan must have zero active subscribers before it can be archived.
Q: Can existing followers continue following a signal after it is set to Disabled?
A: No. When a signal is set to Disabled, all follow relationships are terminated immediately. Once the signal is set back to Public, previous followers must subscribe again.
