How to Follow a Signal
Following a Public Signal
On the Copy Trading Community homepage, click Follow below the signal to start following it.
Alternatively, click Follow directly from the signal list for quick access.
1. Enter the Trading Password for the follower account.
2. Choose one of the following Strategy Types: Fund Ratio, Volume Ratio, or Fixed Volume.
4. Configure the Minimum Volume Handling: Skip or Open at Minimum Volume.
Note:
To resume copying, increase the Maximum Loss value and change the strategy status back to Active.
Note: The Maximum Loss calculation is based on the cumulative historical P/L since you started following the signal and will not be reset.
All subscription fees are charged by the signal provider, not by EBC.
Following a Private Signal
Each Private Signal has a unique Signal ID. To follow a Private Signal:
1. Go to the Signal List page.
2. Select Signal ID from the search type dropdown.
3. Enter the Signal ID and click Search to locate the Private Signal.
Note: The signal provider can determine whether the signal accepts follow requests. If following is disabled, the Follow button will not be available. The signal provider may also choose either Auto Approval or Manual Approval. A follow relationship is established only after the request has been approved.
Submitting a Follow Request
1. Open the Follow Signal page.
2. The follow process is the same as for Public Signals. For Private Signals, you must additionally complete the Application Note field (required, maximum 20 characters) to help the signal provider review your request.
3. Click Save. A confirmation dialog will appear:
"Your follow request must be approved before copying can begin. You can check the approval status on the My Following page.
If your account Equity/Balance is insufficient to open copied positions, the system will automatically pause the copy strategy.
Are you sure you want to submit this follow request?"
4. After submission, go to My Following → Follow Requests to view the request status: Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Withdrawn.
Note: A pending request may be withdrawn before it is reviewed.
