Poor Photo Quality or Masked Information
- Poor photo quality makes key information blurred or unreadable.
- The photo does not include the entire Identity Document. For example, missing out part of the edge(s), out of focus due to insufficient lighting, or page overlapping.
Additional Documents Required
- Additional documents are needed to complete your verification process.
- The document client submitted beforehand can't solely verify client's identity, or part of the key information is not listed on client's document.
