Some Possible Reasons for KYC Rejection:
Invalid Document
• We fail to validate your identity based on the document provided.
• The reason could be either the document has been deemed invalid/expired, or the document is about to expire in the next 6 months.
• The document is scratched, damaged, stained, or counterfeit.
Mismatched or Incomplete Information
• The information provided does not match the submitted document.
• This could be due to missing key information or incorrect information provided.
Poor Photo Quality or Masked Information
• Poor photo quality resulting the key information being blurred out or not legible.
• The photo does not include the entire Identity Document. For example, missing out part of the edge(s), out of focus due to insufficient lighting, or page overlapping.
Additional Documents Required
• Additional documents are needed to complete your verification process.
• The document client submitted beforehand can't solely verify client's identity, or part of the key information is not listed on client's document.
Age Requirement Not Met
• Not meeting the age requirement specified.
• Clients must be over 18 years old.
• Clients in China, over age of 65 or above, will be required to complete additional steps in Elderly Client KYC procedure.
