- To withdraw funds from your account, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to the User Center and click on [Withdrawal].
- Log in to the User Center and click on [Withdrawal].
- Select your preferred withdrawal method.
Select the withdrawal account and receiving account, enter the withdrawal amount, then click [Next].
- Confirm the withdrawal details and complete security verification (via mobile phone or email). After entering the verification code, click [Submit Application] and wait for approval.
- After your withdrawal request has been submitted and approved, you will receive two email notifications:
- Approval Notification: Your withdrawal request has been approved.
- Payment Confirmation: The funds have been successfully transferred to your designated receiving account.
