Deposit Processing Time
Under normal circumstances, deposits on working days are processed within approximately 1–15 minutes.
If the funds are not credited within this time frame, please contact customer support or email your order number and payment proof to cs@ebc.com for verification.
International wire transfers require approximately 3–5 business days to be credited.
Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are processed as soon as possible. Please refer to the details below:
- Withdrawal applications submitted before 16:00 (UTC+8) on working days will be processed and credited on the same day.
- Applications submitted after 16:00 (UTC+8) on working days will be processed and credited on the next business day.
- International wire withdrawals require 3–5 business days.
Please note that the actual arrival time may vary depending on the payment provider’s processing speed.
