1. Log in to the CRM client and find Funds-Withdrawals-International Wire Transfer
2. Select the withdrawal account, select the receiving account (if there is no receiving account, you can click the "Add" button to add your payee account), enter the withdrawal amount, and click Next
- Only the receiving information of the account holder can be added. Submitting non-holder information will result in a withdrawal rejection
- If your country doesn't include in the Bank Region list, please do contact Livechat agent or email to cs@ebc.com
3. Confirm the withdrawal information, perform a security check, and wait for review after submission
4. After the withdrawal is submitted, you will receive 2 email notifications in succession

Review pass notification: Your withdrawal information has been reviewed
Payment completion notification: The payment to the receiving account submitted to you has been completed
