You may submit a withdrawal request; however, please ensure that your account has sufficient funds and that the prepayment ratio (margin level) remains at or above 200%. After the withdrawal request is submitted, the ratio must not fall below 200%.
To safeguard clients’ funds, if the Risk Control Department determines that the withdrawal may cause the account to approach a margin call or liquidation risk, the withdrawal request may be rejected.
For account safety, we strongly recommend submitting withdrawal requests when there are no open positions in your account.
