How to Export and Send Journal?
1. Open the EBC App, tap [Profile] at the bottom of the screen, then tap the [Settings] gear icon in the top-right corner to access the Settings page.
2. On the Settings page, tap [About EBC].
3. Tap [Jornal] to access the system logs page.
4. Tap the [filter] icon in the top-right corner, select the date or date range when the issue occurred, then tap [Confirm].
5. Tap the [Upload] icon (upward arrow) in the top-right corner. From the sharing menu that appears, select your email app and send the exported Jornal as an attachment to cs@ebc.com.
Before sending, please ensure that the journal system logs file is attached to the email and include a description of the issue in the email body. After selecting your email app, you must still tap Send in the email to complete the submission.
If you are unable to open the EBC App or access the Journal page, please email cs@ebc.com with a description of the issue and the relevant information listed above. Please also explain that you are unable to export the journal system logs.
