If you are unable to create new orders it may be due to the following reasons:
- The account is not successfully connected or has been disconnected.
- Logged in using an investor (read-only) password. The password only allows you to view the account and cannot perform transaction operations.
- STD accounts can only trade symbols with the ".s" suffix, while varieties in the grey area cannot be traded.
