1. Log in to your account and select Withdraw - Local Bank Transfer
2. Select the withdrawal account, select the receiving account (if there is no receiving account, you can click the "Add" button to add your bank account), enter the withdrawal amount, and click Next
- Only the receiving information of the account holder can be added. Submitting non-holder information will result in withdrawal rejection
- If your country doesn't included in the Bank Region list, please do contact Livechat agent or email to cs@ebc.com
3. Confirm the withdrawal information, conduct security verification, and wait for review after submission
4.After submitting the withdrawal, you will receive 2 email notifications in succession
- Notification of approval: Your withdrawal information has been approved
Notification of payment completion: The payment to the payment account submitted to you has been completed
